Thank you for Being Here!

I am a Christian, married to Mike, and mom of three (one of whom is now married).

I worship and serve at a local church in my community where I also work as a college instructor.

​

As you will gather from my articles, my life has been significantly shaped by the death of my twin, Maria, when we were 21 years old. I have since lost two other sisters to cancer.

After so much loss, my heart has been deeply seared with the realization that what matters more than anything in this life is our love for each other and God.
